Go Green: We, at IHGI sensitize students to environmental & ecological problems and prepare them to upliftment of the environment with the mission of “Go Green” our team has planted many trees. The concept of vertical gardens has been introduced and in a very effective manner established in all the campuses not only planting, duties to take care of plants have been assigned to students under the supervision of school gardeners.
Say No to Plastics: Innocent Heats prepares students for innovative society. Aligned with this thought, our team motivates the students to ‘Say No to Plastic and create awareness among society regarding ill effects of plastic. Our students, staff (teaching & N0n-Teaching) started bringing Tiffin and water bottle of steel/copper inspite of wrapping food in silver foil, students are motivated to use butter paper. To spread the same message in society, rallies have been conducted and senior students go to junior classes to unfurl the importance of not using plastics.
Go Paperless and Digitization: Both the terms go hand in hand to presence and conserve the environment the motto of Go Paperless is in the air. The school has started online. Admission process and even fees can be deposited in through Net Banking, NEFT etc. Our communication with the parents is also through SMS , Holiday Home work, Date sheet activate report are available on school website www.ihgi.in . We are trying to develop one app also to make communication easier. This year our E-Magazine is in pipeline. To get 100% learning outcome from students SMART CLASS rooms are working.
Say No to Drugs: Youth is the backbone of society unfortunately; it is targeted by Drugs which spoils their physical & mental well being. Taking is as the primary concern, a number of seminars, rallies, medical check up camps have been organized in past and many more such activities are part of near future.
Beti Bachao Beti Padhao: Punjab is enslaved with the thought of ‘SON’ who carries the legacy forward. To eradicate this thought process, school has provided various facilities for girls. Concession in fees scholarship and preference to get admission in courses offered in schools/colleges. Trust has adopted many girls’ students of Innocent Hearts team while considering the circumstances of their lives. Even, our staff is taking literacy classes for helping staff.
